Event Manager (f/m/d)

These are the tasks we trust in you:

• Oversee major external events, including trade shows, fairs, and conferences like BEAF, VIV, IPVS, Eurotier, ABIM and future customer events in Austria
• Manage company-wide internal initiatives such as Town Hall Meetings, Sprint & Process Meetings, and SANactive programs
• Develop and control budgets for all events, ensuring cost-effective planning and execution
• Handle all logistical aspects of events, including booth design, venue selection, catering, transportation, and technical requirements
• Negotiate and manage relationships with external vendors and partners to secure the best services and prices
• Conduct post-event evaluations to assess performance and gather insights, providing actionable recommendations for future events

To grow in this position, it requires the following:

• Proven experience as an Event Manager or in a similar role, with a successful track record of organizing and executing events
• Strong project management, organizational, and leadership skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Willingness to travel (~25% business travel)

• We appreciate your expertise for 38,5 hours/week, full-time, permanent contract
• This position is available immediately however, we are happy to consider your notice period or your desired start date.
• Based on your professional experience and your qualification, we offer you an attractive total compensation package starting at € 49 000,00 gross annual base salary, plus attractive benefits.
