The position
As of now we are seeking a Business Analytics Expert for our Customer Insights, Data & Analytics team in Human Pharma, who is responsible for transforming data into actionable insights for key business stakeholders. If you are an expert in the field of data management, reporting and analytics with a proven track record of success in strategic and operational impact, then you are the right person for this job.
This position is limited to 2 years.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Closely collaborate with peers and cross-functional teams, supporting regional and local business stakeholders
- Analyse, conclude, and advise on data, reports, and insights to answer key business questions and build actionable reports/recommendations
- Continuously assess, define, and improve data integration/data processes to ensure high-quality data is available for the analytics solution
- Collaborate with regional and local analytics functions to develop better data governance and a harmonized approach to analytics
- Oversee the implementation of new reporting tools from the Region and Corporate
Requirements
- B.A. required - MBA or other advanced degree preferred - in fields such as Economics, Statistics, Finance etc., minimum 5 years working expertise in equivalent role combined with comprehensive project management experience
- Excellent analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to translate data and information into actionable insights, business recommendations and - ideally - familiar with pharma-specific datasets (e.g. CRM data, digital marketing/sales data, etc.)
- Experienced in reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, Spotfire) and SQL would be beneficial
- Ability to achieve results in a highly matrixed/international organization in combination with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Experienced in reading and understanding Market Research would be an asset
- Fluency in oral and written English and German

The minimum gross annual salary according to the collective bargaining agreement for this position is EUR 46.305 (full time). For the actual salary the industry benchmark as well as your qualifications and experiences are taken into consideration.
