SUSTAINABILITY ROADMAP DEVELOPMENT
You will support the definition and ongoing refinement of Red Bull’s logistics sustainability roadmap, establishing strategic initiatives that align with our Net Zero objectives. By identifying opportunities for reducing CO2 emissions in existing logistics operations, you will help drive meaningful change across the organization.
DECARBONIZATION PROJECT MANAGEMENT
You will manage and execute logistics decarbonization projects, focusing on the optimization of transportation modes, warehouse technologies, and operational efficiencies. Your work will include identifying and piloting innovative technologies to assess their potential impact.
SUBSIDIARY SUPPORT
You will collaborate with and guide local teams in Red Bull’s subsidiaries, enabling them to define and execute their own logistics decarbonization initiatives. Your expertise will ensure alignment with global goals while addressing unique market challenges.
TECHNOLOGY SCOUTING AND INNOVATION
As a thought leader in logistics sustainability, you will stay informed about emerging trends, technologies, and regulations. You will identify and evaluate new processes or technologies that can improve sustainability, initiating pilot projects to assess feasibility and impact.
You will develop and deliver training programs to colleagues and partners, fostering a culture of sustainability across Red Bull’s logistics network. Your efforts will ensure that sustainable logistics practices are integrated into everyday operations.
TRAINING AND COLLABORATION
Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:
Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, Sustainability Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus. Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory. At least 3 years of experience in sustainability roles, ideally within Supply Chain Management and an FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) environment. Proven ability to manage supply chain processes and implement sustainability initiatives. Strong project management capabilities, with a focus on delivering results on time and within budget. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders. Analytical mindset to identify key issues and create data-driven strategies for improvement. Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with ESG regulations and sustainable logistics technologies.

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 2229 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
