For our client, Siemens Process Automation Software, we are looking for a Junior Demand Generation Specialist for 20 hours per week effective immediately. The position is fixed till the 1st of August 2025.

As a Junior Sales Specialist you are responsible for driving the lead generation and demand development process within Siemens Process Automation Software. By applying marketing automation platforms to sales outreach processes and campaign workflows, you drive outstanding campaigns that support our customer audiences and journeys, drive engagement and help to achieve business goals.

Your Tasks

• Work directly with selling teams to identify, penetrate, and cultivate new business opportunities
• Execution of new business strategies will include research, cold calling, social selling and advanced qualification
• Set meetings, schedule technical resources, track activity and proactively update selling teams on next steps for new and developing opportunities

Your Qualifications

• You hold a degree in marketing, computer science, communication, or a comparable discipline
• You have proven understanding of the B2B buying process and how to implement strategies to generate and nurture leads, drive interest, and accelerate the purchase process
• Superior Communication Skills: You are fluent in German, as well as in English and are able to explain complex topics in an engageable way. Additional languages are welcome
• Be a reliable partner: You are a team player who delivers results on time and in high quality

Your Perspective

Depending on specific qualifications and professional experience, a gross monthly salary (Full-time Basis) of at least EUR 2.349,- is expected.
